Join us on Saturday March 27th 2010 for a choral workshop, led by Martin Schellenberg, culminating in a performance of Stainer’s Crucifixion and other passiontide anthems.
Stainer’s Crucifixion has some of the most memorable hymn-tunes we shall ever hear and has the sublime and unsurpassed unaccompanied setting of “God so loved world”.

Shrewsbury Choral Society is inviting people to come and sing at their next concert on Saturday 27th March at 4:30pm in St Mary’s Church, Shrewsbury featuring the ever-popular ‘Crucifixion’ by Sir John Stainer.
